As a Skilled Labourer, you'll work directly alongside our talented tradespeople and supervisors to bring high-end custom homes to life. From carpentry and framing to finishing details and job site organization, you'll be hands-on every day, contributing to projects that redefine what homebuilding can be.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with carpentry, framing, finishing work, siding, and other site tasks
• Safely operate tools, machinery, and equipment
• Load, unload, and organize materials efficiently
• Maintain a tidy, safe, and hazard-free job site
• Support tradespeople and supervisors with project execution

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of construction or skilled labour experience
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and safe work practices
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, climbing, and outdoor work
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude, integrity, and ability to work well in a team setting

Compensation & Benefits

• Full time position
• Competitive Pay at $25.00 to $40.00 CAD per hour (depending on experience)
