You'll play a key role in keeping our projects and office workflows running smoothly while ensuring our brand shines online. The right candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced construction business with big goals. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and document organization</li><li>Manage and update construction management software (JobTread experience preferred, or similar project management tools)</li><li>Assist with marketing campaigns, engagement tracking, and analytics reporting</li><li>Coordinate with the leadership team to support project needs and client communications</li><li>Perform research, data entry, and other virtual assistant tasks as required</li><li>Assist with HR system and systems management</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>Familiarity with construction management software such as JobTread (preferred) or similar platforms (e.g., CoConstruct, Buildertrend, Procore)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment</li><li>Ability to work within Mountain Time (Calgary) business hours (8 AM - 5 PM) as needed</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Full time position</li><li>Competitive hourly rate: $8 to $10 CAD per hour (depending on experience and location)</li><li>Flexible remote schedule</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a boutique, high-end custom home builder</li><li>Supportive team culture with long-term potential</li></ul>Ready to bring organization and creativity together in one role?
