Now, we're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us streamline operations and expand our digital presence. 

This is a dynamic, fully remote position combining administrative support with social media management. You'll play a key role in keeping our projects and office workflows running smoothly while ensuring our brand shines online. The right candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced construction business with big goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and document organization
• Manage and update construction management software (JobTread experience preferred, or similar project management tools)
• Assist with marketing campaigns, engagement tracking, and analytics reporting
• Coordinate with the leadership team to support project needs and client communications
• Perform research, data entry, and other virtual assistant tasks as required
• Assist with HR system and systems management

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with construction management software such as JobTread (preferred) or similar platforms (e.g., CoConstruct, Buildertrend, Procore)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Ability to work within Mountain Time (Calgary) business hours (8 AM - 5 PM) as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Full time position
• Competitive hourly rate: $8 to $10 CAD per hour (depending on experience and location)
